The app & these terms
These terms govern your use of Dragon Media Manager, provided by James Maine. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old; users under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission.
Your software. Your responsibility.
Dragon Media Manager is a remote management companion. It does not supply movies, TV shows, media hosting, server software, a streaming service, or a standalone download service. You must supply and maintain compatible services, a server, connectivity, and valid credentials.
You are responsible for authorization to access your systems and media, protecting credentials, backups, network security, service charges, and actions sent to your server. Remote commands can change your configuration or interrupt running services.
License & acceptable use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to applicable App Store terms. Do not redistribute, rent, remove ownership notices, or modify or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits.
Do not use the app for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement, or interference with another person’s systems. Only manage content and services you are authorized to use.
Third-party services & privacy
Radarr, Sonarr, SABnzbd, Unraid, TMDB, Apple, and other linked services are independent providers. Their availability, functionality, terms, and policies are outside the developer’s control. Integration does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Ownership
The app and its original design and code remain the property of James Maine or the applicable rights holders. Third-party names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
Availability & warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every service version, and error-free results are not guaranteed.
Features may change or be discontinued. Keep backups and verify important actions on your own server. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including lost data, profits, or service interruptions arising from use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify the developer against claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes & termination
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law. Your license may terminate for a breach of these terms. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
General terms
Applicable law governs these terms. Please contact the developer first to try to resolve a dispute. Any further dispute resolution is subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent courts.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and referenced policies form the agreement concerning the app, subject to any mandatory App Store terms and consumer rights.
Apple App Store
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce applicable terms. Purchases and refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
